Dr. Roisin
O’Mara
Roisin O’Mara, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist with 12 years of education and training from the University of Michigan and the University of Washington.
Along with her extensive education and training, Dr, O’Mara has 14 years of work experience in hospitals and universities, in addition to her own private practice. Dr. O’Mara is also a published author and speaker.
Her primary specialty areas include bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and the broad spectrum of anxiety disorders. She also works with individuals with depression, autism spectrum disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Creating a written narrative of your trauma to transform fragmented, overwhelming traumatic memories into a coherent, chronological life story to reduce the emotional intensity of PTSD symptoms.
